Looking for options to move prod DB that is 10TB from one data center to another.

Hello.  Prod DB is 10TB on 12.1.0.2.  Need to move it to new data center which requires Oracle 18.  I can setup standby with 12c and then DBUA it to 18c.  Any other options?  Can I create an 18c standby database  with compatible set to 12?  Switchover and then change compatible to 18?  Can Logical Standby handle 12.1.0.2 to 18?  Thanks for any ideas!!
