Purchasing Rebate

I have set the configuration base on Doc ID 760625.1 , but I have some issues:

1. Will the system calculation the rebate amount when the threshold amount/quantity has been met. if the system calculate the rebate amount, where is the rebate amount stored?

2. What action will calculate the rebate amount?

3. when the threshold amount/quantity has been met, can the system auto get the discount from supplier for the next purchase.
