How do I set the default Dispatch Options to Web & PDF ?

When the *Dispatch Method is set to Print and then the Dispatch button is clicked the the Dispatch Options page appears...   

*Output Destination Type = PRINTER

*Output Destination Format = PS

I want to default these values to the following:    How do I do that ?

*Output Destination Type = WEB

*Output Destination Format =  PDF

It appears I have all of the PeopleTools > Process Scheduler > System Settings correctly set for Process Output Type = SQR (Web is Default Output),  Process Output Format Settings is set to Process Type: SQR,  Output Destination Type: Web...
