Requisition Change order after PO is created

hi Team ,

We are using iproc , R12.1. I had created catalog expense requisition which has a standard PO created after requisition is approved.I was able to do price changes for a couple of times, I had approved the requisition. I am unable to see the change option now. I want to understand if there is a limitation on how many times a requisition can be changed. Does the system behave in the same way if the above changes are initiated by supplier also
