Equation Engine Fee code is zeroing out other Fee Codes?

We have an equation engine that when we add another Term fee code to adjust an amount, it causes all the amounts from other fee codes to be zeroed out.  I have actually hard the coded the EE to return 0 as an adjustment amount, for testing, and it does the same.  Testing the equation engine in the test equation page produces the desired amounts.  This is being run during Tuition Calc.

Any ideas on why or what might be causing this?
