19c upgrade - createEBSCustomViews & tnsnames issues

Trying to step through the documentation (Doc ID 2580629.1) to upgrade a test database to 19c.

I have a non-rac R12.1.3 environment with DB on one server and application on another running on RedHat Linux 7.

I've now made it to Step 42. Run the post PDB script. Yeah!

The output of the txkPostPDBCreationTasks.pl script it looked ok until the end.
