Can P4310 write lines to a F3111 work order parts list?

Hi. Is there a way that p4310 writes to f3111?

Say I have a maintenance planner that does a requisition for an engine. He adds the engine as a direct line to his parts list on F3111 through P13730. He creates his requisition, which creates the lines in F4301, F4311, and adds the work order number as subledger type W. But then the buyer gets the quote, and he needs to add a core charge. So he adds the line in the requisition, but doesn't add the subledger, and the line is not in the work order. So this line is "orphaned". Is there already a way that lines added
