Migrate a 2 node RAC DB/GI part of DC movement.

I am moving a 2 node RAC (12.1.0.2) DB cluster as a part of DC move. The source and target DB/GI/Host versions (Linux X86_64) are same.

Since there is no direct network link between the 2 DC, I am following this method:

1) Copy Oracle Home/GI home software using 3rd party Cloning tool.

2) Since the IPs are going to change, reconfigure the Clusterware with the new IPs

3) Copy LUNS using storage copy tool

4) Discover the LUNS and start the services.

I want to crosscheck what all configuration changes I need to do after copying the Oracle/Grid Home to new server so my DB/GI home is ready.
