FILES TO BE BACKUPED BEFORE UPGRADE 12.1.0.2 TO 19C &patches to be applied

Hi all,

Good day

I'm planning to upgrade from 12.1.0.2 (with jan 2019 PSU) to 19c.

I have the following concerns.

1. Should I be applying the latest apr or July 2019 PSU and upgrade the grid or just apply the 28553832 patch as I have the remaining patches mentioned in the document( Patches to apply before upgrading Oracle GI and DB to 19c or downgrading to previous release (Doc ID 2539751.1) in my inventory as  Jan 2019 PSU applied to my Grid +DB. Did any one face any issues with this kind of setup while upgrade . Kindly share the details

2 . Files to be backed up other than the  oracle home & grid home .
