Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

Getting the above Error in Siebel ip14 open ui client when launching siebel sample DB. Got this error from chrome console. Open UI - Failed To Load Resource: The Server Responded With A Status Of 404 (Not Found) (Doc ID 2176877.1).

This post is not helping much. Please suggest
