Big Shout Out to Krisz for Helping my Failed Patch to 18.3.0.0.0

Update Patch to 18.3.0.0

I would like to thank Krisz for helping me with my failed patch to 18.3.0.0.0

I had numerous issues, the ODA was down for 12 days (my DRP plan worked well which was great).

He worked closely with Oracle support on my SR's and directed me to a solution. He really was the one that figured out the problem.

BTW, root cause was Bug 28127661, failed to find network interface on GI upgrade. I also had a false positive for a failed disk, which led to a failed rebalancing.

And a few other homemade problems on our side.
