Action invalid hard error & Date fields getting blanked out in P00071 after adding the record

When adding a new calendar record, Century field on Workday Calendar Revisions form shows Blank. Unable to modify this Calendar due to Error 'Action Invalid'.

Action invalid hard error & Date fields getting blanked out in P00071 after adding the record.

Guide me in rectifying this error.Refer attached screenshots.

Note:

Even we checked the Data dictionary values also,CTRY - data type value is "9" and DTE - data type value is "11".It looks fine.
