RRcleanup.exe in Siebel 20.1

Hi Team,

Per doc - How To Use RRcleanup.exe Utility to Delete Repository and Cleanup Orphan Records in IP17 (Doc ID 2257977.1)

below recommendation is given,

"It is recommended to perform this sequence: first, delete RR, then delete D, then perform orphan records without passing any repository.

This will clean the repository and any orphan records left over."

To be more more clear on above recommendation, please suggest if below sequence of execution is correct for rrcleanup.exe in 20.1 ?

     1) run RRCleanup.exe with -b R,  R = Deletes data from only RR[Runtime Repository] tables

     2) run RRCleanup.exe with -b B,  B = Deletes data from both design repository tables and runtime repository tables
