15 Min Reinvite Causing 1-way Audio

Hi Acme/Oracle Experts,

Has anyone faced the issue of a 15 minute reinvite from a Cisco VCS-E to an Oracle 1100, which causes audio to drop?  I created Session-Timers, which increased the time to refresh the session, but for a few partners, the reinvite seems to want to renegotiate media encryption. When calls are routed via the 3820s, the reinvite at the 15 min mark doesn't stop the audio, but it seems to happen with 1100s.

Could it be the difference between software encryption versus hardware encryption? If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know, thanks...
