Manage BP Record permission automatically

Hello everyone,

I would like to know if there is a way to manage BP record permissions automatically.

I know that we can manage permissions on a record but I have to do it manually after having create the BP record. What I mean is a way to manage editing and viewing permissions of BP records of a user group depending on data elements on the BP record.

Views log could be a good option but I cannot manage which user groups could have acces to a view.
