Job opening from open to Hold status

Hi experts,

I have a job opening which is limited to 1 applicant. Applicant has applied for the opening and offer has been accepted. When does the job opening moves from open status to hold status? , will it move after the offer has been accepted? I could see in the HRS_JOB_OPENING table , the job opening is still in open status.

Could you please brief?
