Fluid Benefit Enrollment Life Insurance Beneficiary Count

We are implementing the Fluid Benefit Enrollment page and we do use the functionality to record beneficiaries (we are using paper).  We are finding for basic and supplemental life insurance the cards are showing the count of beneficiaries for those plans.  We confirmed that all programs do not have collect dependent/beneficiary checked on those plan types.  Has anyone found a way to  configure turning off the counts?
