Block on Diversion Header

Hi All.

Anybody know if it would be possible to use LRT to block on a call that contains a diversion header ?

Caller uri: sip:999123456@1.1.1.1;user=phone

Callee uri: sip:3451231234@joblogss.globalipcom.com

Request-URI: sip:3451231234@2.2.2.2:5060

Callee device: Cisco-CUCM11.5

Diversion:

URI:sip:3451231234@3.3.3.3;user=phone

Type:unconditional


So I want to block calls from numbers starting 999 that have a Diversion header.
(Yes, all anonymiszed above)

Any one up for a challenge.
