Upgrade to latest version of db release12.1 for ODA X3-2 having trouble determining what this is and

Hi MOSC,

We have an X3-2 ODA and we like to know what is the most up to date database release for version of 12.1 and documentation about path/steps.

We have specifically this db release, 12.1.0.2.160119.

We've read there is an 12.1.0.2.18 something release, we're at .16
