CheckSumAugmentationNum error

We had 2 files rejected and recreated them using these steps:

This created one manifest and 3 files for each corrected file.  So we sent the first manifest with the first file created in the first run and the second manifest with the second file created in the first run.

Both files were rejected with this error:

Can someone tell me what we are doing wrong?   The CheckSumAugmentationNum is calculated for us.
