P4211 choose from available stock in oldest lot (commitment method 3) and prevent available from goi

I have a situation where for stock items using with commitment method 3 (expiry date), available and on-hand is going negative.

I would like sales orders to be issued for 1 or more lot quantities, subject to the availability. So for example, for 12 order items, Qty=10 in one and Qty=10 in another. It will pick the 10 out of the oldest and the other 2 out of the newest.

What processing options exist in P4211 to prevent on-hand and available from going negative?

We do not use back orders. Commitments for sales orders are hard committed.
