Restrict Salary Change Life Event from processing all Plans in Program

Hi,

In our Benefits program we have (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Long Term Disability) plans.

We have configured Salary change life event for Plans (Life Insurance, Long Term Disability)  and there is no salary change life event at program enrollment.

However, when we process a salary change life event all plans in the program are getting impacted.

Please suggest me how to restrict salary change life event from processing Medical, Dental and Vision.
