Sales order drilldown not working when DR responsibility is made read only

Hello,

We had a requirement from business that they want a ready only depot repair responsibility . Further testing revealed that clicking on  OM hyperlink in Actual tab it doesn't open the OM form which when we click normally  open  OM form using depot repair responsibility.

Question here   if a depot repair responsibility is made read only , then it won't allow user to click on SR and OM hyperlink to go to their respective forms.

Any insight on this is really appreciated.
