FORMS Screen Redraw

environment：

os version

windows server 2012 standard (64bit)

Oracle Forms and Reports version：

11.1.2.2.0 (64bit)

The following screen is the initial screen of a certain screen after the screen transition that started FORMS with IE by URL. (* Business informations are masked)

There is screen information below the status bar in the first red frame at the bottom of the screen, which is hidden when the initial screen is displayed.

To solve this, move the browser scroll (the second red frame at the bottom of the screen) to eliminate it.

I want to be able to see all of this at the initial display without scrolling.
