Oracle Alert in R12

Hello,

Please how can i achieve this through Oracle Alert. The Fixed Asset personnel wants to know when certain invoices are created using the asset accounts in their chart of accounts to enable them create the asset in the Fixed Asset Module.

For example, if the account officer creating an invoice selects an asset account in the distribution line of that invoice and forgets to track that invoice as an asset, they want to be alerted for all invoice that uses asset accounts for them to check whether the user tracked the invoice as an asset and if not, they will have to create an asset for that invoice.
