Unable to Deploy Enterprise for Siebel IP 2017

Hello!

We have installed Siebel IP2017 and patched it to the 20.1 version. When performing the enterprise configuration in SMC the "Submit Failed" error appears and below error message could be found in logs /ses/applicationcontainer/logs/cloudgatewaylog.log:

[ERROR] 2020-02-28 14:09:19.691 [Thread-8] CG_LOGGER - com.siebel.opcgw.cloudgateway.config.EntDeploymentThread:Exception occurred in Enterprise Deployment ThreadString index out of range: -1

[ERROR] 2020-02-28 14:09:19.693 [Thread-8] CG_LOGGER - com.siebel.opcgw.cloudgateway.config.EntDeploymentThread:

java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException: String index out of range: -1

at java.lang.String.substring(String.java:1955) ~[?:1.8.0_45]

at com.siebel.opcgw.cloudgateway.config.EntDeploymentThread.run(EntDeploymentThread.java:78) [opcgw.jar:?]
