Purchase Requisition - Workflow Notification showing incorrect currency

Hi All,

We have recently upgraded our Oracle EBS from R12.2.5 to R12.2.6 in production and our clients were facing this issue: "Purchase requisition approval/FYI notification emails to users showing total amount in other (Ex: JPY) currency instead of requisition entered currency USD"

Please offer help to fix this soon.
