What is the impact of terminating a long-running PO requisition close process ?

What is the impact of terminating a long-running PO requisition close process in the process scheduler?

The process has flagged 165k requisitions to 'In Process' thus, the flagged requisitions could not be edited obviously.  But I wanted to terminate and troubleshoot to a minimum # of requisitions.

If I terminate via the process scheduler, does it reset back to 'N'?
