Data Load Mapping Using Like *

Hello:  Please can somebody help!

We are trying to load data into the budget module; the import data has loaded successfully, but "load data" in the Workbench shows our Source-BC (our budget code) but doesn't show the Account (what the Budget module calls our budget code), except for the explicit mappings.  In the screen shot below, please notice we have "Like"  "Source Value " * and "Target Value" *.  This is what was used prior year for this "location" and we imported our "actuals" using the same mapping with the Like *.   So, when we try to load the data, every budget code is appearing
