How can one view more than 20 employees at a time on Manager Self Service Team Time View Requests?

On Manager Self Service > Team Time > View Requests, the search grid results actually only lists/displays 20 names regardless of the # of row results listed at the top right side of the grid (24 rows).

Intuitively, one would expect a "Next" or "View All" or "View 21-24" button but this does not seem to be the case.   In order to see the additional names, the manager needs to use either the Search Option or the Descending Name Sort but this is not functionally efficient if a manager has 50+ employees to View
