Changing cost method from 02 to 07

Client is attempting to change the cost method on an item from 02 to 07 in P4105 and is getting a "Fetch Unsuccessful" error.  Any ideas on why this could be happening?  Are there other items that need to be considered before making this change. 

All other items for this customer are set up as standard cost, this one was just set up incorrectly.
