Error while cancelling Pick suggested request

Hi Team,

We are on WS 9.4A, and using advance warehousing. We came across one issue where user cancelled SO order after ship confirm. Now they want to cancel Pick request which was previously suggested and currently on 220. While cancelling pick request getting error as 'Override Next Status Code Invalid' having detail description as below,

    3565       Override Next Status Code Invalid                            

                                                                            

CAUSE. . . . . The next status code for a pick confirmed sales order line is

               invalid.                                                     

                                                                            

RESOLUTION . . Reenter the override next status code on the processing option

               -OR- check the order activity rules for this order and line  

               type.                                                        

Kindly suggest how to overcome this issue and what are the steps required to cancel this request?
