USING THOUSANDS SEPARATOR AND % SIGN ON FSG REPORT SET OUTPUT EXCEL

Dear Team,

We are using Oracle 12.1.3 version. While running report "Program - Publish FSG Report Set" , the output does show following:

1. No formatting for numbers columns - no thousands separator, comma separated

2. % sign not showing

The above is working fine if we run individual reports using Program - Publish FSG Report

Please advise. Do we need to use Report Manager to achieve the above requirements for FSG Report Set. Or any alternatives are available.
