How to find where the approval now in Property Manager

Hi,

I Have one lease with status changed from Draft and now it becomes "Submitted", We cannot find the notification of this particular lease.

Is there anyway to inquire about the workflow status of this lease and where it is stuck now. We have tried the "Status Monitor" under "Workflow Administrator Web Applications" but could not find this lease

Any help to sort this out please
