Is there any downtime/interruption for configuring NTP on Solaris RAC Cluster?

Dears,

I am running Solaris RAC Cluster with two nodes. The Solaris version is 11.3 SRU 34 on both nodes.

I want to configure NTP service to a local NTP Server. Thus is there any downtime/interruption to configure NTP, and how long it requires (as estimation). Last thing is that can you provide me the steps needed to configure NTP on RAC Cluster.
