Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi All,

I have a production server & backup server . Environment: Oracle SE 11.2.0.1 on RHEL 5.5 on VM.

Initially created the backup server from a production image.

I want to take a regular backup from production and restore in the backup server. Want to automate the process also.

What should be a good solution and steps to do so.
