Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello guys, we have an issue with oracle cost manager In R12.2.7 EBS applications that keep go down frequently. with an error in the log file:

APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 3113 in AFPCOA

Cause: AFPCOA failed due to ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel

I already opened more than SR with no provided solution
