Case Copy with Different Type

Hi All,

Is there any way to copy case from first type to second type? (Type is document type).

For example;  I have two different types of cases like C1 (Call 1) and C2 (Call 2).

I can have setting up for these types on P17500, P90CG002 application. I want to copy case from C1 (Call 1) to Call 2 (Call 2). I have prepared the setup below. But i can not sopy case from C1 to C2. Every time it's created with type of C1 is current type.
