Expense Report - PPR got error with "Document payee address country is required"

While running PPR for invoice(expense report) got failed with below errors. The employee got terminated and her bank details are active in the system. Per all people f, she is an ex-employee. Please advise where we can change or update address in the system?

Document Payee Address line1 is required

Document payee address country is required
