Error in Create Accounting

in Cost Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

Create Accounting concurrent program is going in error. Log file has  "The application accounting definition MHE Cost Management Encumbrance Application Accounting Definition owned by User is not validated.  Please validate the application accounting definition or update the application accounting definitions contained in the subledger accounting method MHE Encumbrance Accrual."

How to resolve the error?
