Add Status to AM Approval process so that Approver is not skipped when Payroll status is "Intermitte
I have a user who is out 1 day a week on Intermittent Leave. His job data record shows his Payroll Status is LEAVE WITH PAY. His HR Status is ACTIVE.
He is an approver for AM requests for his department that just started using AM. AM Requests from his reports are being routed to his supervisor to approve instead of him. He is still here and would like to be able to approve them.
I know from past experience that the AWE process is skipping approvals for this employee because of his Leave status. Is there a way to configure the Approval Process for Absence Management to include other Payroll statuses while processing so that AM will be able to be routed to this particular user? If so, where could I do that? I will continue to look at the approval process setup to see if it is in there.
