SQLNET.AUTHENTICATION_SERVICES supporting multiple instances

We're running a Oracle 12.1 db server on RH 7.3. We are intending on supporting multiple db instances for various cots apps.

For one app , we require to support Windows pass-through authentication from a Windows domain client.  We're configured kerberos for this and created a separate listener to support it.

The problem I'm having is in configuring sqlnet.ora  authentication services to support multple methods. To clarify, we are one enabling Windows pass-though creds from a user client app using their Windows creds.

For others , like us admins we use sqldeveloper and Toad to connect to the db.

The problem is if we have
