engineering module.. ECO 'update jobs only'

ECO form, revised items and the Discrete Jobs tab. Put in a job range and the 'update jobs only' is checked. When the ECO is implemented the Bom is not updated only the jobs.

Is it really the functionality of the  'update jobs only' checkbox to not make BOM changes and only update jobs? OR is ' 'update jobs only' supposed to update only the 'from' and 'to' jobs?
