FDMEE Data Load Mapping - Admin Accounts Unable to Import or Export

Good morning! 

I have admin access in FDMEE. I've recently found a problem that I can't resolve. Whenever I am in the Data Load Mappings tab and try to select the drop down for import or export, FDMEE hangs. After about 10-15 minutes of FDMEE locking up, sometimes the import/export "Specify file location" box will display and other times it just goes back to the Data Load Mappings screen. In the event the "Specify file location" box displays, it will usually only open unlimited times within 10 minutes and then will lock up again.

I've tried this with two accounts that have admin access and get the same result. I've tried these accounts on regular user's machines and get the same thing.  However, when the user logs in and performs the same steps, the import/export "Specify file location" boxes immediately display.
