ACA File accepted with errors

Oracle:

Is this going to be fixed by next year - Assuming we are still submitting ACA XML File to the IRS?

I can see that file says that it is missing the ALE Contact Phone number for each detail record.  The phone number is in the application - PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM.

<ns2:ErrorMessageTxt>Form 1095C 'ALEContactPhoneNum' must have a value.</ns2:ErrorMessageTxt>
