Backwards compatibility with WebLogic 12.2.1.2 and 12.2.1.3 for RPAS Fusion

Hello

We are live with RPAS Fusion 16.0.2.32 in 4 separate RPAS environments, each running it's own RPAS Fusion installation under it's own Weblogic domain (v12.2.1.2).  This enables us to upgrade each environment separately and at different times unless the Weblogic version requires upgrading.  Since we are looking to upgrade to RPAS 16.0.3+, Weblogic requires an upgrade to version 12.2.1.3.  Does anyone know if WLS 12.2.1.3 is backwards compatible with 12.2.1.2.  As stated we usually upgrade environments at different times so we are wondering if the upgrading the base WebLogic version to 12.2.1.3 and only one RPAS Fusion install to version
