"Work Order already Exists" Error

Hello Team,

My user is facing Error while Creating the work Order In Application P48201 "Work Order Already Exists".

I suggest to user to  change the Processing Option of P17715 "Number of Days of History to Display” tab keep it in Blank.

they are saying that Processing Option of P17715 "Number of Days of History to Display” tab it is in Blank only, but still they are getting this Error "Work Order Already Exists".

Can you Please help me out for this.
