patch wizard and Run Status=Warning

I'm running Patch Wizard in R12.1.3 and using a filter to check for 'Apps Tech Patches' and after my request has been submitted it ends up with a 'Run Status' of Warning so I'm curious what that implies.

if I look at some previous notes I made it would complete as Normal so I'm curious what Warning means.

I also don't seem to be able to download the Recommended patch afterwards.  I mean it builds the InstanceName_InfoBundleR12_log directory but nothing else.

I only do this couple of times a year so not something I do all the time but just not working as expected.
