FSG & Federal Attributes

in General Ledger - EBS (MOSC) Question

Can FSGs be created to pull in Federal Attributes?

For example: GTAS Federal Attributes (FV_GTAS_Attributes) BEA Category, Prior Year Adj, Reduction Type); and Fund Type from Define Treasury Symbols (FV_Treasury_Symbols).  If yes, how is it done?  Is there any documentation that can be shared on the steps?
