Making Changes to FSG Report Set: Basic Excel Template to Show Numeric Format

Dear Team,

We are using Oracle R12.1.3.

Our requirements is to run Publish FSG Report Set Program to view multiple reports in single EXCEL file format (with multiple tabs). The numeric data in the report output is showing as TEXT format instead of Numbers. I tried to change existing template file and made TEXT format to Numeric, but still numeric data is showing as TEXT values for FSG Report Set Output.

Further, I tried to make template changes through Report Manager responsibility but template name "FSG Report Set: Basic Excel Template" is not appearing in LOV. Only FSG Report Basic templates are available. Please advise. Can we make changes to FSG Report Set Templates through Report Manager? How?
